Order Information

Choose a suitable product: kringels, cakes, pastries, pies or cookies.
You can view the full product selection on our website.

All products are prepared for the time specified in the order, so you can receive them fresh.

You can place an order:

  • on the website
  • by phone
  • by e-mail
  • on site at the café

If you cannot reach us by phone, you may send a message (SMS or messenger) to:

An order is considered confirmed only after our reply.

Important:

  • orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance
  • cakes and catering — at least 2 days in advance
  • when ordering from the online shop for the next day, the order must be placed by 12:00
  • after 12:00, next-day orders can be placed only by phone (6601786, 5063415, 58200098)

Delivery

We offer delivery within Tallinn and nearby areas.

Mon–Sun:
10:00–16:00

  • within Tallinn — 13 €
  • up to 10 km around Tallinn — 22 €

Delivery takes place during the selected time window:

  • 10:00–12:00
  • 12:00–14:00
  • 14:00–16:00

Important:

  • delivery takes place within the selected 2-hour time window
  • please provide the exact address and contact phone number

Ordering on the Website

Select products and add them to the cart.

In the cart you can:

  • change quantities
  • remove or change products

To place an order:

  1. Click “Checkout”
  2. Fill in all required fields (*)
  3. Select delivery and payment method
  4. Enter the exact address
  5. Confirm the order

After placing the order, confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

If you did not receive confirmation, contact us by phone at 6601786.

Payment

Available payment methods:

  • On receipt of goods — cash or card
  • By invoice

Payment by invoice

If you choose invoice payment, you will be sent a PDF invoice with payment details.
The invoice can be paid by bank transfer.

Important:

  • the invoice must be paid before receiving the goods
  • the order is handed over only after payment receipt is confirmed
  • without payment confirmation, the order will not be handed over

For public institutions

If the order is placed for a state or municipal institution:

  • select “Public sector”
  • select payment method “I will pay by invoice”

The e-invoice is sent through the Finbite system.

Important when paying

  • for courier orders, we recommend paying in cash when available
  • invoice orders are handed over after payment receipt is confirmed

Order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Unpaid order:

  • kept for up to 4 hours
  • then put on sale

Paid order:

  • kept on the pickup day and the following day
  • if the order is not collected, the money is not refunded

Order cancellation:

  • bank charges (~3%) are deducted from the refund

Cakes:

  • weight may vary slightly
  • the final price depends on the actual weight
