General and Sales Terms

These terms apply to the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products between the owner of the online shop, Narva Kohvik OÜ (hereinafter the “Seller”), and the person making a purchase (hereinafter the “Customer”). The parties are guided by the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia and by the agreed sales and delivery terms. The Seller has the right to make changes to the goods offered in the online shop at any time. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the sales and delivery terms without an obligation to notify the Customer in advance.

Products

All products displayed in the online shop may not always be in stock. Product images shown in the online shop may be illustrative, and product descriptions may contain inaccuracies. A kringel with cognac and cinnamon filling, decorated with fruit, can be ordered from 12:00. A Customer who wishes to buy products from the online shop undertakes to enter the data required to fulfil the order (including first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address, etc.). Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*) in the cart. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate data, as order fulfilment depends on it. The Seller is not responsible for failure to fulfil an order or any consequences resulting from incorrect data provided by the Customer.

Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age. Before handing over alcoholic beverages, we will check identity documents in case of doubt, and alcoholic products will not be handed over to persons under 18. The amount paid for alcohol not handed over will be refunded to the buyer upon application.

Price

All product prices in the online shop are shown in euros and include 24% VAT. Discounts may apply to product prices depending on the purchase amount and loyal customer level. Discount rates are shown automatically in the cart. The Seller has the right to change prices and discount rates at any time. If the Seller changes prices in the online shop after the Customer has placed an order, the relevant products will be delivered to the Customer at the prices valid at the time of ordering, and the Customer has no right to request compensation for the price difference if the price later becomes lower.

Placing an Order

Select the desired products in the online shop. All selected products (by clicking “Add to cart”) are added to the cart. In the cart, you can change quantities and replace or remove products. Once all products have been added to the cart, click “Checkout”. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed in the order. It is important to indicate the delivery method, choose the payment method and enter the exact delivery address. After selecting the delivery and payment method, click “Confirm order” in the cart to place the order. After the order is confirmed, an order confirmation is sent to the Customer’s e-mail. A registered Customer can view purchase history, see accumulated bonus points and change account settings and data.

Order confirmation

After the order has been correctly placed, information about order confirmation will appear on the screen, and the corresponding confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address you entered. If you do not receive confirmation by e-mail, please call 660 1786 on weekdays for more information.

Unpaid orders are kept at the café for up to 4 hours after the time specified in the order. If the customer has not collected the ordered products by then, they will be put on sale.

If the order has been paid for but the customer has not collected it at the specified time, the ordered products will be kept in the shop on the same day and the following day until closing. If the customer does not collect the goods during this time, the money will not be refunded.

When ordering a cake, please note that the weight may be higher or lower. The size of the cake depends on its final weight.

NB! Please place your order at least 24 hours before the required fulfilment time.

Payment and Delivery Terms

Orders placed online can be paid on receipt or by invoice when the relevant payment method is available for the order. After submitting the order, an order confirmation is sent to the Customer by e-mail. Ownership of the products transfers after the full product price has been paid.

You can collect ordered products from Narva Kohvik (Narva mnt 10, Tallinn) Monday to Friday 9.00–19.00; Saturday 9.30–19.00; Sunday 10.00–17.00.

Courier service can be ordered Mon-Sun 10.00–16.00.

Product Delivery

Placed orders arrive at the café, where fulfilment begins. If the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the Seller will contact the Customer at the earliest opportunity to agree on a solution satisfactory to both parties. The Customer may refuse changes to the order, and the paid amount will be refunded. Based on an order placed in the online shop, the products are prepared and sent to the address indicated by the Customer no later than within 1 hour. The Customer can choose between the following ways to receive the goods: collect the goods themselves; order the products to the desired address. Products are delivered to Customers in Tallinn and Harju County. The goods are delivered to the delivery address entered in the order and handed over only to the buyer. Goods are handed over to a third party only by agreement with the buyer.

Order Cancellation

A placed order remains valid until fulfilled. If the shipment is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend not accepting the goods and making an immediate statement to the courier.

Order Cancellation by the Seller

If the goods ordered by the Customer are unavailable, the Seller may cancel the order. An order may be cancelled partially or in full. The Customer will be informed of the cancelled order. In the event of partial cancellation, the Seller will contact the Customer regarding dispatch or cancellation of the remaining order. Upon cancellation of an order, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 working days from receipt of the money in the Seller’s account.
